Caliber CEO, Clay Walker, has been recognized as one of the 100 most influential people in the North American staffing industry by Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA). The annual list shines a spotlight on influential staffing leaders making the world of work, work better – a major feat given the plethora of uncertainties and disruptions this past year.
Under Walker’s leadership, Caliber achieved a 35% increase in revenue, 31% rise in gross profit and a staggering 59% expansion of its team in 2023. Walker is also focused on the future with two primary goals for the coming year:
